Starting in September, we'll be doing some yard and facility improvement work here at Deal Lane Storage. This includes cleaning up garbage, treating and removing weeds, and dragging the ground to help even it out. We're also working on getting clearer, more defined boundaries for each rented space.

If you're a tenant, please make sure your personal property, vehicles, trailers, equipment, or anything else — stays within the bounds of your rented lot. We know the current lot lines aren't as clear as they should be, and that's part of what we're working to fix.

We've also noticed some bags of trash and tires left in and around spaces. If any of this belongs to you, please remove it before September.

We'll also be doing maintenance on the gate and adding a camera to help monitor the gate area and support overall site security. The gate may be temporarily inoperable for a short period during this work. We don't have exact dates yet, but we'll let tenants know through, text message and email, as soon as we do.
