If you've stored with us before, you'll know this facility as East 40 Storage. As of July 17, 2026, we're operating under a new name and ownership, Deal Lane Storage, and we wanted this first post to be a proper introduction.
The name on the sign has changed, and the facility now has new ownership. Beyond that, very little is different:
Payments made after August 1, 2026 should be directed to Deal Lane Storage. Our auto-pay customers don't need to do anything, it'll route automatically.
I'm Jenny DiOrio, the new owner and manager here at Deal Lane Storage. I believe self-storage should be simple and honest. That means when you call, you're talking to the person actually responsible for the place — not a call center three states away.
After some years in Colorado, where my husband is from and where we've lived after getting married, we've moved back home to Montana with our three sons. You'll likely see them around the property too, since running this place is very much a family effort.

If anything about your account, unit, or billing looks off after the transition, please reach out — we'd rather fix it early than have you find out at the worst possible moment.
This website will be the home base for updates on the facility, any future improvements we make to the property, and general storage tips for anyone new to renting a unit. We'd also like to have a bit of fun every now and then, so keep an eye out on your email and this space.
